In this section of the Annual report the Group Board reports on Schibsted’s compliance with the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance. The report is based on the latest edition of the Code of Practice (21 October 2010). The report is structured in accordance with the Code of Practice and covers every section of the Code of Practice. In addition, we have included an extra section, item 16, covering other key bodies of the Group.
