Annual Report 2010

Group Employee Representatives

Since the autumn of 2007, Schibsted has had two group employee representatives. These are currently Marianne Falk from Sweden, journalist and project manager in Svenska Dagbladet, and Terje Johansen from Norway, typographer in Aftenposten and former head of Aftenposten’s Print Workers’ Union.

Their duties are entrenched in the Norwegian body of general agreements. The group employee representatives should safeguard the interests of all employees, whether they are organized or not, in cases that are dealt with at group level. One of the representatives must be elected in Norway, the other in the key country outside Norway within the Schibsted group at any given time, which is currently Sweden.

The two group employee representatives attend group board meetings and have the right to speak and to move.
