Through developing workplaces that are characterized by employee satisfaction and good cooperation, we contribute to ensuring that our talented employees are interested in pursuing a career with us. For many years now we have participated in the annual working environment survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute. The results of this survey are thoroughly reviewed and measures implemented where necessary. Approximately 1,500 employees participated in the survey that was completed in February 2011.
Sickness absenteeism in the group was four per cent in 2010 (5%). The number of injuries is low.
