We confirm that, to the best of our knowledge, the financial statements for the period from 1 January to 31 December  2011 has been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and gives a true and fair view of the Group and the Company’s consolidated assets, liabilities, financial position and results of operations, and that the Report of the Board of directors provides a true and fair view of the development and performance of the business and the position of the Group and the Company together with a description of the key risks and uncertainty factors that they are facing.
