Schibsted’s primary insiders are people who are in possession of information which may affect Schibsted's share price, such as board members, senior employees and the auditor. These people are subject to particularly stringent rules for trading with Schibsted shares.
All share trading activities conducted by primary insiders must be reported to the Oslo Stock Exchange.
