Performance based share purchase programme

In 2010 Schibsted’s Annual General Meeting adopted a new performance-based share purchase programme for key employees in the corporate management and in the subsidiaries. The new program replaced a more traditional share option program.

Part of the background for the program is the desire that Schibsted’s managers should own more shares in the group and thereby ensure that both management and the shareholders share a greater degree of common interests than is previously.
