Developing and learning on the job is a win-win for everyone involved. That’s why we’ve recently launched several new programs to ensure that in Schibsted you will keep on growing.
The programs include a development program for sales personnel and managers, a trainee program for young talent as well as management programs for both new and experienced managers. We also hold regular Schibsted Talks, Learnings Labs and Tech Talks to learn from and inspire each other. We even offer in-house language classes for employees looking to brush up on their language skills. Learning and development is ingrained in our DNA and everything we do.
