A court of justice in Berlin ruled Tuesday against spreading of Schibsteds free newspaper 20Min in Cologne based on a summons from the publisher Springer. This ruling will be appealed by Schibsted. The appeal is expected to be determined within a few days. The publisher Springer has previously tried similar legal actions against free newspapers without succeeding.
