Every time you choose to buy or sell a used item instead of something new you’re helping the environment. Second-hand trade saves earth´s resources and is part of a circular way of consuming. In the Second Hand Effect-project we calculate how much greenhouse gas users on our marketplaces save by giving things a longer life.

The Power of Journalism

Journalism is a fundamental force for democracy, and trustworthy fact-based news has never been more important than now. Schibsted’s legacy is built on this and we believe we have an obligation to make sure journalism keeps evolving and survive. Since 2017, we also organizes The Power of Journalism event, together with the Tinius Trust, to celebrate journalism, share ideas and discuss important issues.
