The Chairman of the Board, Tinius Nagell-Erichsen, has today informed the Board that he do not wish to be re-elected as Chairman of the Board at the AGM in May.



The decision was taken last year and the Chairman of Schibsteds nomination committee, Lars A. Christensen, was informed about the decision in August last year.



The reason for the decision is solely private. Nagell-Erichsen started his career in the editorial office of Aftenposten in 1953, and he has since then filled different positions in Schibsted. He has been the Chairman of the Board since Schibsted was organised into the present Group structure in 1989.



Nagell-Erichsen will be available for questions and comments at the Schibsted head office, Apotekergt. 10, today from 14.30 to 15.30.
