Yesterday the general assembly of QXL.com plc approved the acquisition of 50,4% of the shares in Bidlet AB. This includes Aftonbladets Hierta Ventures 12% share.
The settlement will be in the form of 6,706,000 QXL shares. Aftonbladets gain net of expenses will amount to approx. SEK 65 million based on QXLs closing share price of GBP 1,025 on June 29.
