Yesterday, the board of directors of Aftenposten AS, Bergens Tidende AS, Fædrelandsvennen AS and Stavanger Aftenblad ASA gave a mandate in order for the companies to continue their negotiations regarding a possible integration on the owner side. The board of directors of Adresseavisen ASA has concluded that the company will not continue to engage in negotiations regarding such a possible integration on the owner side.
