The proxies apply exclusively to this year’s annual general meeting in Schibsted ASA. This entails that Ole Jacob Sunde has proxies holding voting rights of 7.55 % of the votes in Schibsted ASA. Sunde owns through his related party company Ringgården AS 100,000 shares in Schibsted, a share of 0.14 % of the votes in the company. Blommenholm Industrier, where Ole Jacob Sunde is chairman of the board of directors, owns 26.11 % of the shares and a corresponding share of votes in Schibsted ASA. In total this represents 33.81 % of shares and votes in Schibsted ASA.
