The proxies apply exclusively to this year’s annual general meeting in Schibsted ASA. This entails that Ole Jacob Sunde has proxies holding voting rights of 26.57 % of the votes in Schibsted ASA. Sunde owns through his related party company Ringgården AS 100,000 shares in Schibsted, a share of 0.14 % of the votes in the company.
