Schibsted ASA’s tender offer for the shares and warrants of Alma Media has been filed with the Financial Supervision Authority (FSA). The commencement of the offer tender offer is subject to the approval from FSA and the tender offer is intended to commerce on 4 January 2005 at 9 a.m. (Finish time) and to expire on 31 January 2005 at 4 p.m.
