Issuance of commercial paper

As a consequence of new regulations regarding obligatory information in connection with issuance of commercial papers, Schibsted ASA will from now on disclose such issuances. The issuer of such papers is Schibsted Finans, the group’s internal bank.
 
Schibsted Finans AS has issued a new certificate loan, ISIN: NO0010416977, of NOK 300 million. The loan bears an interest of 6,05 %, and runs from February 4. 2008 to August 4. 2008. The loan is not listed, and replaces certificate loan, ISIN NO0010396005, maturing February 4. 2008.
