Reference is made to notification dated July 8 2009 regarding allocation of shares to primary insiders in Schibsted ASA in connection with the rights issue of the company. The total allocation to EVP Gunnar Strömblad was not known at the time. The final result is that Strömblad has been allocated in total 2,644 new shares at NOK 34.00. After this Strömblad’s total holding of Schibsted shares is 7,052.
