Ringgården AS holds 100.000 shares in Schibsted and will at registration of the completion of the rights issue hold 172.000 shares with full allocation. Ringgården AS holds after the subscription no subscription rights. Total holding of Schibsted shares for Ole Jacob Sunde and close associates will at registration of the completion of the rights issue be 172.000 with full allocation.
