In connection with of Schibsted and Media Norge, 2/3 of the proceeds will be paid with shares in Schibsted ASA, as previously annonuced. Thus 3,981,184 shares in Schibsted ASA are transferred to the former minority holders of Media Norge ASA.
After the transaction, Schibsted ASA holds 101,653 treasury shares, of which 39,500 are held through Bergens Tidende AS.
