Metronome Film & Television AB has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Stockholm – København Produksjon AB. The acquisition price is SEK 60 million. In addition there will be an earn-out paid in 2011 based on the company’s performance until 2011.
Stockholm – København Produksjon is a Swedish TV production company that develops and owns its own formats and is responsible for both concept, development, sales and production. The company had revenues of SEK 71 million in 2006.
The acquisition will make Metronome a clear leader within TV production in Sweden. The core activities of the company will be strengthened, and there are considerable synergies to be realised.
