Metronome has entered into a final agreement to sell its office building in Jenagade 22 in Copenhagen, Denmark. For Schibsted the total cash effect of the transaction will be around DKK 110 million. The accounting gain for Schibsted will be around DKK 70 million and will be booked in Q4.
