The Swedish Competition Authorities are evaluating the proposed sale of the Sandrew Metronome Swedish Cinema operations to SF, and we have the impression that they seem to have certain objections to the deal.
As long as the confidential proceedings are taking place – Sandrew Metronome will refrain from commenting on the case. The proceedings are not expected to be finalized before Jan 27th, 2005
