BiljettDirekt Ticnet AB had revenues of SEK 138 million in 2003.
Schibsted owns 34% of BiljettDirekt Ticnet, and the sale will give Schibsted an accounting profit of approx. SEK 40 million. The sale will be completed today, 28 May.
