On the 12 June 2008 Schibsted published an offer for Adresseavisen’s 11.33% of the shares in Finn.no AS. The offer has a time limit for acceptance on Monday 18 August. Adresseavisen yesterday disclosed that they are not able to respond within the time limit. Schibsted will not prolong the limit, however there will be continuous dialogue between the parts.
