Schibsted ASA has on 16 September 2011 through a trader bought 55,000 shares in its own company at a price of NOK 137.5648 per share.
At the same day, Schibsted ASA acquired 3,750 own shares from the foundation ‘Stiftelsen Schibstedansattes Aksjekjøp’ at NOK 137.58 per share.
The shares are bought in accordance with a decision at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2011 that provided the company with the authority to increase number of own shares to 10,800,361 within a period of 12 months.
Schibsted ASA now holds 1,098,566 treasury shares.
