Schibsted ASA has on 27 June 2011 through a trader bought 50,000 shares in its own company at a price of NOK 156,2455 per share.

 

On the same day Schibsted ASA bought 39,500 own shares from the fully owned subsidiary Bergens Tidende AS in an internal transaction. The shares were bought at NOK 156.25, the volume weighted average price on 27 June 2011.

 

Schibsted ASA now holds 192,413 treasury shares.

 

The shares are bought in accordance with a decision at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2011 that provided the company with the authority to increase number of own shares to 10,800,361 within a period of 12 months.
