Schibsted ASA has on 14 September 2011 through a trader bought 50,000 shares in its own company at a price of NOK 130.8991 per share.
The shares are bought in accordance with a decision at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2011 that provided the company with the authority to increase number of own shares to 10,800,361 within a period of 12 months.
Schibsted ASA now holds 1,029,816 treasury shares.
