Schibsted ASA has on 19 August 2008 through a trader bought 96,250 shares in its own company at a price of NOK 139.477 per share. Schibsted ASA now owns 4,571,286 own shares.
The shares are bought in accordance with a decision at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2008 that provided the company with the authority to increase number of own shares to 6,925,000 within a period of 12 months.
