Schibsted ASA has on 11 March 2008 through a trader bought 72,000 shares in its own company at a price of NOK 150.2135 per share. Schibsted ASA now owns 4,202,836 own shares.
The shares are bought in accordance with a decision at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 10 May 2007 that provided the company with the authority to buy up to 6,925,000 of its own shares within a period of 12 months.
