Schibsted ASA has on 22 February 2008 through a trader bought 52,000 shares in its own company at a price of NOK 159.8514 per share. Schibsted ASA now owns 3,718,836 own shares.
The shares are bought in accordance with a decision at the company’s Annual General Meeting on 10 May 2007 that provided the company with the authority to buy up to 6,925,000 of its own shares within a period of 12 months.
