Schibsted ASA has on February 21th 2003 through a trader bought 180,300 shares in its own company to a price of NOK 67 per share. The shares are bought in accordance with a decision at the company’s Annual General Meeting on May 13th 2002 that provided the company with the authority to buy up to 6,925,000 of its own shares within a period of 18 months. Within this frame Schibsted has now acquired 1,383,300 shares.
