Share capital increase

The share capital increase in connection with Schibsted’s rights issue has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of Schibsted is NOK 108,003,615 divided into 108,003,615 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00. New certificate of registration is enclosed.
