TV 2 has agreed to sell its 49.3 percent minority shareholding in TVNorge to SBS Broadcasting for NOK 260 million. In addition, TVNorge will discharge TV 2 for a debt liability of NOK 37.9 million.
The transaction is expected to be closed by the end of July 2004, and will give TV 2 an accounting profit of NOK 89.7 million.
