Ole Jacob Sunde, Chair of the Board of Directors of Schibsted ASA, sold on 30 November 2015 60,000 A-shares in Schibsted ASA trough his fully owned company Ringgården AS at a price of NOK 317,7376 per share. After the transaction, Sunde including family holds 40,000 A-shares and 100,000 B-shares in Schibsted ASA.
