Schibsted ASA has on 20 November 2018 through a trader bought 20,000 own B-shares at a price of NOK 267.3609 per share. The buyback is conducted in accordance with the authorization provided by the Annual General Meeting to the Board of Directors on 3 May 2018. The purpose of the buyback is to increase the number of treasury shares available for use in connection with Schibsted’s ordinary stock- and incentive program for own employees.

Schibsted ASA is on 21 November 2018 selling 15,994 treasury B-shares to participants in the Employee Share Saving Plan at a price of NOK 266.00 per B-share (the price is set according to standard procedure for the program two days after release of Schibsted’s Q3 report, the closing price 30 October 2018). The shares will be transferred to the participants in the coming days. The transaction is related to the third enrolment window in the Employee Share Saving Plan for 2018 which closed in June, and based on savings made during July, August and September

Additionally, Schibsted ASA is on 21 November allotting 8,333 treasury B-shares to participants in the Employee Share Saving Plan at a price of NOK 288 per B-share (the closing price on the vesting date for the two year holding period, 7 November 2018). The shares will be transferred to the participants in the coming days. The transaction is related to matching shares given to employees who enrolled in the Employee Share Saving Plan for 2016.

Schibsted ASA is transferring 5,252 treasury B-shares to participants in the Long Term Incentive (LTI) programme 2018 at a price of NOK 218.00 per B-share (the closing price 29 December 2017). 2,750 SCHB shares are shares vested in the Senior Executive Plans for 2015 and 2016 and transferred to participants at a price of 266.00 per B-share (the closing price 30. october).

After the transactions Schibsted ASA holds 256,227 treasury A-shares and 17,644 treasury B-shares.
