Schibsted announced 28 March 2019 than Trond Berger will step down as CFO of Schibsted ASA as of 1 September 2019. Berger has during his 20 years tenure as CFO built up a holding of Schibsted shares through share based remuneration programs and separate investments in the stock.
In order to diversify his financial holdings as part of preparations for his resignation, Berger has on 6 June 2019 through a broker sold 21,500 B-shares in Schibsted at an average price of NOK 229,1767 and 3,240 B-shares through his fully owned company Trobe Invest AS at a price of NOK 230.00.
After the transactions, Berger holds 4,425 A-shares and 15,557 B-shares in Schibsted ASA, of which 3,240 A-shares are owned through Trobe Invest AS. The remaining shares are owned directly.
