Schibsted (SCH) – Co-operation between Schibsted and Berlingske in Scandinavia Online Denmark.

The Danish media group Det Berlingske Officin A/S will, through its subsidiary Berlingske Online A/S, become 34% owner in Scandinavia Online A/S in Danmark. This company is currently 100% owned by Schibsted. The financial details of the transaction have not been finalized and the transaction will not have any material impact on Schibsted`s accounts.

Schibsted and Berlingske will through this agreement jointly work to establish a leading `gateway` to the Internet in Denmark.

The agreement is subject to approval from Schibsted`s board of directors.
