NTB Pluss and Scan-Foto have signed a letter of intent regarding the establishment of a joint photo agency for the Norwegian market. A final decision will be made later this autumn. A similar agreement has been signed with the Swedish photo agency FLT-PICA for the Swedish market. The agreements between Scan-Foto , NTB Pluss, Svenska Dagbladet and Förenade Landsortstidningar (FLT) intends to launch a joint photo agency services from year end. The agency will become one of the largest in Northern Europe with total revenues of NOK 100 million and 100 employees. Scan-Foto is owned by Schibsted ASA, FLT-PICA is owned by Svenska Dagbladet (75%) and Förenade Landsorttidningar (25%), while NTB Pluss is owned by Norsk Telegrambyrå.
