Schibsted ASA and the board of directors of Harstad Tidende AS have agreed to Schibsted increasing its ownership in Harstad Tidende AS. Schibsted’s ownership will increase from approximately 15% to approximately 37% through a share issue in Harstad Tidende AS. The agreement is subject to approval by a shareholders’ meeting at Harstad Tidende AS to be held in February 1999.
