Senior management changes at Scandinavia Online AS (SOL)

At a board meeting at SOL AS on September 4, 1998 the board and the administration agreed on a plan for the future development of the company. It was also agreed that the next phase of SOL`s development requires a different leadership than the one which has been appropriate during the earlier phases. As a result Erik Hagen will leave his position as managing director and editor-in-chief at SOL AS effective September 7, 1998.

From the same date, Kristin Skogen Lund will become acting managing director and Nils Roine will become acting editor-in-chief. Krisitin Skogen Lund was previously director of sales at SOL and Nils Roine was editor at Schibsted ASA.
