For the period 17 January until 23 January 2023, Schibsted has purchased a total of 113,400 own A-shares at an average price of NOK 205.9533 per share, and a total of 138,600 own B-shares at an average price of NOK 196.9867 per share.

Following the transactions above, Schibsted has bought back a total of 1,946,155 shares with a transaction value of approx. NOK 367,687,445 under the buyback programme.
The issuer’s holding of own shares:
Following the completion of the above transactions, Schibsted owns a total of 875,770 own A-shares, and a total of 1,710,422 own B-shares, corresponding to 1.10% of total issued shares in Schibsted.
