Schibsted will host a Capital Markets Day (CMD) for investors, analysts and media in Oslo today. Presentations will start at 10:00 CET and will last, including Q&A, until approx. 14:30 CET.
The main focus at today’s event will be our Nordic Marketplaces business, as we present how the shift to a new, vertical-based operating model will unlock significant value creation for our stakeholders.
Following this shift, financial restatements for 2022 in Nordic Marketplaces have been made, and the following medium-term financial targets for Nordic Marketplaces are introduced:
Mobility vertical:
– Revenue growth: 12-17%
– EBITDA margin: 51-56%
Jobs vertical:
– Revenue growth: Low to mid single-digit
– EBITDA margin: Above 50%
Real Estate vertical:
– Revenue growth: 12-17%
– EBITDA margin: 42-47%
Recommerce vertical:
– Revenue growth: Triple revenues from 2022 to 2025
– EBITDA margin: EBITDA break-even during 2025
