Share option scheme and new managing director in Aftonbladet, Published 22/12/1999 09:46:00

The Board of Aftonbladet decided yesterday to offer the employees in Aftonbladet to buy into a share option scheme in Hierta Venture AB. The venture company owns shares in Bidlet, TopJobs and Leknet.The share options constitutes up to 10 % of Hierta Venture’s share capital. The offering will be made to the employees mid January year 2000.

In the same meeting Rolv Erik Ryssdal was appointed as managing director for Aftonbladet from today.
