Scandinavia Online AB (SOL) has today entered into a letter of intent with the main shareholders of DinSide AS regarding a possible aquisition of all shares in the company. The discussed compensation the owners of DinSide will receive is 0.4 shares in Scandinavia Online AB for each of the 1.8 million shares in Din Side. The takeover is expected to take place shortly after SOL’s listing in June.

DinSide publishes internet magazines related to computers, cars, travel and personal economy. DinSide had 192,000 unique visitors weekly during first quarter 2000 and its operating income amounted to NOK 4.3 million in 1999.
