Telia has informed Schibsted that, as a consequence of the demerger of Telia and Telenor, Telia disputes Schibsteds right to acquire 10% of the shares of SOL AS (Norway) and 10% of the shares in SOL AB (Sweden). Schibsted exercised these options when the Telenor/Telia merger was consummated in October.
Telia has also informed Schibsted that it does not consider Telia to be bound by the agreement concluded between Schibsted and Telenor Nextel regarding the restructuring and listing of Pan SOL.
Schibsted disputes these points of view.
