Schibsted will be divided into two companies

In September 2018 we announced that we will initiate a process to reorganize Schibsted into two growth-oriented companies. We believe this decision will bring more value to our users, customers, employees and shareholders over the long term. The two new growth companies which will pursue independent agendas to further increase our speed, focus and ability to scale.
