As from now the Swedish chains will play an active role in the future development of the Blocket Bostad site. “Länsförsäkringar Fastighetsförmedling”, “Mäklarhuset”, “SkandiaMäklarna” and “Mäklarringen” are partnering up with Blocket Bostad. They will publish information on real estates for sale on Blocket Bostad three days before they are published on others sites. This means that the most interested buyers will get a valuable head start. The items will also appear automatically on several of the largest sites such as Aftonbladet.se, SvD.se and Hitta.se during these three days.
With the combined force of the Schibsted Media Group’s Swedish sites, Blocket Bostad can offer real estate sellers the largest audience overall.
