This week the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Schibsted Norge launch their new digital partnership.

The agreement between the ministry and Aftenposten marks a new step in Schibsted Norge’s digital B2B service, which incorporates new solutions for enterprise subscriptions and third-party agreements. The partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the third new partnership entered into this year.
In January Schibsted launched a sponsored news service to the BI Norwegian Business School in Nydalen, Oslo with the help of IP technology. Last week Aftenposten and VG presented a joint and exclusive partnership to participate with its digital products in DNB’s benefits programs.
Development of the B2B market will be further strengthened in the new Schibsted Norge organization, to be revealed this spring:
“We see increased digital maturity in the market in general and in the enterprise market in particular. As our services produce more and better digital content, we see that more companies and organizations are wanting access,” says Jacobsen.
News services as a work tool
“It has also become clear to us that many industries regard news services as a work tool. This has resulted in the launching of several projects where we evaluate our product portfolio in terms of the market and seek at new business models. We believe that serving the B2B segment with good and relevant products is the beginning of an exciting journey for us,” says Jacobsen.
