As a successful year for Schibsted’s boot sale app ends, another one begins. Tech giant Apple has chosen Shpock at the end of the year for its ‘Best of 2017’ award in the field of “Sustainability”, thus crowning an eventful year with an international award. Kicking off 2018, Shpock has been handed another award; an Android Excellence App of 2018 in the Google Play Store from Google. Only apps and games of the highest quality, technical perfection and highest usability are awarded in this category.

2018: Growth and new ad formats
The main reason for the success story of Shpock is a team of 150 people from 30 different nations. “Without our team, we would not be where we are today. In order to proceed this way, we’re always looking for motivated talented people with dedication and the right team spirit,” says Baumann.
