You can report concerns about:
- Illegal activities (fraud, corruption, theft, etc.)
 - Health and safety risks
 - Environmental harm
 - Discrimination or harassment
 - Breaches of company policies or the law

Confidentiality and protection
We respect your right to report anonymously. Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited. If you face any negative consequences for speaking up, please inform Legal (Emil Dicksved) or HR (Håkan Halvarsson) immediately.
What Happens Next?
- All reports are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.
 - You will receive acknowledgment of your report within seven days.
 - We aim to complete investigations within three months, keeping you informed where possible.
